Adult Training Services
Adult training programs receive funding from several sources and provide prevocational and vocational skills training for individuals with disabilities. Currently there are 2 adult training facilities in Jacksonville, 1 in Jonesboro , 1 in Benton and 1 in Bentonville, Arkansas. |

Simple assembly-line contracts are secured from businesses in the area. Trainees are paid on a piece-rate basis. Competitive employment in the community is pursued upon successful completion of the training program. |
Referral sources include Developmental Disabilities Services, Rehabilitation Services, Veterans Administration, and Intermediate Care Facilities. |
