Located in the city of Jacksonville, this intermediate care facility serves as home to 10 adults. Some residents of this facility attend Pathfinder Skills Training Center each day, while others have jobs in the community. |
A vehicle is provided for the staff to transport residents to jobs, shopping and entertainment. | |
