Supervised living is a residential-based program offered in a group home setting. Residents who have limited skills receive ongoing training to enable them to move to more independent living. Room and board costs are paid by residents from SSI or earned income. |
There are currently two units - Dorsey Road and Plaza. |
Apartment Living:

The individual lives in a private apartment with rent assistance. |

The resident must possess personal skills to enable self-sufficiency. |
|
Some personal care and social activities are provided. |

Michael T. O'Brien Complex |
Located close in Jacksonville |

V. Alton Johnson Apartments |
Located in the heart of Jacksonville |

Each complex has a resident apartment manager, office, laundry facilities, and a Community Room.
Intermediate Care Facilities:
This program offers the individual the opportunity to live in the community and pursue work and social activities available to the general population. |
The facilities provide residential services for individuals whose mental/physical involvement is such that they are eligible for institutional treatment. |
