Pathfinder Services

Pathfinder is licensed by:
the Division of Developmental Disabilities Services,
Division of Child Care & Early Childhood Education and
the Division of Behavioral Health Services.
Pathfinder is also accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitative Facilities.

Preschool Services . . . enable the 3 month to five-year old child with developmental disabilities to receive individualized services . . .
Residential Services Supervised living, Apartment living, Intermediate Care Facilities and Rental Assitance Vouchers are the services provided. Click the link to find out more.
Waiver Services This is a home-based program which provides individual services within the community for persons who might otherwise have to seek services in an institution. Back to top
Adult Training Programs This service includes evaluation, vocational training, professional counseling, work opportunities, habilitation training, protective and socio-legal services . . .
Employment Contracts Five NISH contracts are managed by Pathfinder to provide competitive jobs for individuals with disabilities.
Mental Health Professional and paraprofessional counselors are available to provide group and individual counseling and crisis case management. Medical professionals are available for medication management.	.
Transportation . . . maintained to assist enrollees in Pathfinder programs. Transportation is also available to assist enrollees in maintaining employment outside of Pathfinder . . .
