Supervised Living:

Supervised living is a residential-based program offered in a group home setting.	There are currently two units - Meadows and Gateway
Residents who have limited skills receive ongoing training to enable them to move to more independent living.	Room and board costs are paid by residents from SSI or earned income.
The Meadows facility serves 10 adults, and is located in the community of Bryant.	The Gateway facility is located in Cabot, Arkansas.

Group Homes:

Supervised living is a residential-based program offered in a group home setting.

There are currently two units -Dorsey Road Group Home and Plaza Group Home

Residents who have limited skills receive ongoing training to enable them to move to more independent living.

The Dorsey Road facilities serve 10 male adults and is located outside of the Jacksonville City Limits.

Apartment Living:

The individuals live in private apartments and receive rent assistance.	The resident must possess personal skills to enable self-sufficiency.
Some personal care and social activities are provided.

The current apartment complexes are:

Max Howell Complex

Located on the North side of Jacksonville. This complex has 20 apartments

Zumwalt Courts

Located on the South side of Jacksonville. 20 Apartments

Michael T. O'Brien Complex

Located in Jacksonville. 20 Apartments

V. Alton Johnson Apartments

Located in the heart of Jacksonville, each complex has a resident apartment manager, office, laundry facilities, and a Community Room.

Intermediate Care Facilities:

This program offers the individual the opportunity to live in the community and pursue work and social activities available to the general population.

The facilities provide residential services for individuals whose mental/physical involvement is such that they are eligible for institutional treatment.

There are currently 10 Intermediate Care Facilities located throughout Arkansas:
