Five NISH contracts are managed by Pathfinder to provide competitive jobs for individuals with disabilities.

Pathfinder manages the shelf stocking and custodial contracts at the Little Rock Air Force Base.

The Food Service contract is also managed by Pathfinder. Individuals working at Food Service assist with food preparation and kitchen maintenance.

Pathfinder also manages contracts which provide switchboard answering services for the Veterans Administration Hospital, and mailroom and janitorial services at the Federal Building located in Little Rock, AR.
