Ten residents currently make their home in this country setting. Staff is able to provide Certified Case Management and personal care as prescribed by the individual's physician.	Located in a scenic country setting on the outskirts of Jacksonville's city limits, residents enjoy this peaceful retreat. Each weekday, residents attend Pathfinder Skills Training Center for their active treatment program.
A vehicle is provided for the staff to transport residents to jobs, shopping and entertainment.
