Designed to provide services and training for children, birth to five years, and their families. |
Services must be at least two hours duration, with one hour of direct services to the child, must include the parent and/or guardians, or care giver, and have a ratio of one instructor to one child/family. |
This is primarily beneficial in providing therapies in the home, and in providing training to the family for giving care in the home. |
A service plan is required. |
