Pathfinder Homes ICF/MR 415 S. Hospital Drive Jacksonville, Arkansas 72076	Located in the city of Jacksonville, this intermediate care facility serves is home to 10 adults. Some residents of this facility attend Pathfinder Skills Training Center each day, while others have jobs in the community.
A dedicated staff provides around the clock care for the residents of this facility.	A vehicle is provided for the staff to transport residents to jobs, shopping and entertainment.
