This HUD constructed apartment complex was named in honor of V. Alton Johnson who has served on the Pathfinder Board of Directors since 1981. There are 16 one-bedroom apartments, a community room, resident manager's apartment, and laundry facilities in this complex. |
Opened in May of 1994, the apartments have been at full occupancy since. Certified Case Management and personal care services are available as prescribed by the individual's personal physician. A vehicle is provided for the staff to transport residents to jobs, shopping and entertainment. |
