Cottonwood ICF/MR Residential Facility
Cottonwood 610 W Church Morrilton, Ar 72110
Located in the small community of Morrilton, this facility is close to one of Arkansas' many State Parks, Petit Jean State Park.	This Intermediate Care Facility for 10 individuals was opened in September, 1989.
The program has developed a very good and productive relationship with Work Force of Conway which provides the day program.	A vehicle is provided for the staff to transport residents to jobs, shopping and entertainment.
