This ten bed facility was named in honor of Mr Whit Davis, a long-time member of the Board of Directors. Certified in March of 1991, this intermediate care facility serves as home to 10 adults. |
Located in the city of Jacksonville, residents of this facility attend Pathfinder Skills Training Center each weekday for their active treatment program. |
A vehicle is provided for the staff to transport residents to jobs, shopping, entertainment, etc. | |
