Through AbilityOne contracts from the nationwide SourceAmerica network of nonprofit agencies, Pathfinder provides employment opportunities for individuals with intellectual disabilities.
Home & Community Based Services
This is a home-based program which provides individual services within the community for persons who might otherwise have to seek services in an institution.
Day habilitation services are offered in Jacksonville and Harrison to enable the 6 week to five-year old child with developmental disabilities to receive individualized services along with a state approved preschool curriculum.
Pathfinder offers 3 residential options: Supported Living (Group Home), Apartment Living and Intermediate Care Facilities depending on the needs of the individual.
Supported Employment provides services to consumers with significant disabilities to assist them in obtaining and maintaining employment at an integrated labor site.
Our door to door transportation service features customized vans and small buses, with drivers carefully trained to assist individuals with developmental disabilities.
