Pathfinder, Inc. partners with Arkansas Rehabilitation Services to provide Supported Employment programs that help individuals with disabilities find and maintain meaningful work while building independence and confidence.

Building Skills for Success

Our services are designed to help individuals with disabilities find meaningful, competitive employment. A job coach assists with job searches, interviews, and on-the-job training, ensuring that each consumer is matched with positions suited to their interests, abilities, and skills.

Employment Opportunities

The overall goal of Supported Employment is to help individuals gain independence through sustainable employment. Participants generally work 15 to 25 hours per week, either within the community or at Pathfinder, Inc. locations.
