Pathfinder, Inc. provides residential care through Intermediate Care Facilities that offer 24-hour support and programs to help adults with developmental disabilities build independence and community involvement.
Our Locations
Each ICF/IID is designed to balance support with independence. Residents benefit from an individualized care plan that focuses on skill development, decision-making, and self-management. The programs offer opportunities for personal growth and community engagement while maintaining a comfortable and supportive environment.
Briarwood
Located in Batesville, this facility supports 10 adults with individualized programs designed to build essential skills for independent living. Services focus on social, emotional, cognitive, physical, and communication development, with transportation available for work, shopping, and community activities.
Cottonwood
Located in Morrilton, Cottonwood Place provides a supportive, home-like setting for adults with developmental disabilities. Residents benefit from individualized care, skill development, and access to community activities that promote independence and personal growth.
Dogwood
Located in Jonesboro, Dogwood ICF/IID provides a supportive, home-like setting for adults with developmental disabilities. Residents receive individualized care, skill-building opportunities, and access to community activities that encourage independence and growth.
Eastwood
Located in West Memphis, Eastwood ICF/IID provides specialized residential services for adults with developmental disabilities. The program emphasizes skill development, social engagement, and community involvement within a supportive, structured setting.
Gordon Tubbs
Located in Cabot, the Gordon Tubbs facility provides a supportive home for adults with developmental disabilities, offering individualized care, daily living skills training, and community involvement opportunities such as local employment and activities.
McCreight Memorial
Located in Jacksonville, the McCreight Memorial facility provides 24-hour residential support for adults with developmental disabilities. Residents receive individualized care and life-skills training designed to foster independence in a comfortable, home-like setting.
Longwood
Located in Searcy, Longwood ICF/IID provides a supportive, home-like environment for adults with developmental disabilities. Residents receive 24/7 care, individualized training, and opportunities for community involvement to build skills for greater independence.
Pinewood
Located in Bryant, Pathfinder’s Pinewood facility provides individualized care and training for adults with developmental disabilities. Programs focus on building daily living skills, social growth, and independence in a supportive, community-based environment.
Westwood
Located in West Memphis, Westwood ICF/IID provides a comfortable, home-like environment for adults with developmental disabilities. Residents receive 24-hour care, individualized support, and training focused on daily living and community participation to encourage independence.
Whit Davis
Located in Jacksonville, the Whit Davis facility provides 24-hour residential care and individualized training for adults with developmental disabilities. Programs emphasize independence, community involvement, and personal growth in a supportive, family-like environment.
