This supervised living facility is home to eight individuals. Located in downtown Jacksonville, this home provides opportunities for the residents to gain skills in using community amenities and enables them to understand the responsibilities of living in an apartment, while deciding if they would like to live a more independent life style. Each resident has a private bedroom. A vehicle is provided for the staff to transport residents to jobs, shopping and entertainment.
