Pathfinder Staff Training
Pathfinder, Inc. equips employees with the knowledge and skills to provide exceptional care through targeted training programs. Staff receive ongoing education through online, print-based, and on-site courses approved by supervisors, with requirements set by Arkansas DHS/DDS.
Online Training
Employees can complete training via online modules at their own pace. Videos can be paused, rewound, and replayed to reinforce learning. Online training provides a flexible way to meet mandatory staff development requirements.
Presentation Based Training
Employees complete instructor-led or interactive presentations covering key topics such as:

Employees can study and complete tests from printable modules, including:

Requirements
New staff must complete orientation prior to beginning work, including:
- General Orientation
- Direct Care Orientation
- CPR/First Aid
- Vehicle Safety
- Medication Monitoring Orientation
Annual refresher training is required, with regulatory training (CPR, First Aid, Vehicle Safety) mandated every two years. Specific requirements depend on position and department.
