This HUD constructed apartment complex named in honor of the Senator Max Howell’s family, provides the freedom of apartment living with the security of resident staff. A community room and laundry facilities are also provided in this complex. There are eighteen apartments in this facility. Normally, residents work in the community or attend an Adult Development Day Treatment program. The downtown location provides easy access to community amenities. A vehicle is provided for the staff to transport residents to jobs, shopping, entertainment, etc.
